This website is operated by Zhuji Zaichao Knitting Co., Ltd., a socks and hosiery manufacturer based in Datang Town, Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province, China.

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we also receive the content and files you send through those services.

The website enquiry form is delivered through Web3Forms to our business email. Information submitted through the form is therefore processed by Web3Forms for form delivery. Email, WhatsApp and linked social platforms process information under their own privacy terms when you choose to use those services.
Reference files
The website form does not upload attachments. If you send sample photos, product photos, artwork, logo files or tech packs by email or WhatsApp, we use them to evaluate and communicate about your requested project.
